Being huge Nintendo fans, we were thrilled to get the chance at trying out the New Super Lucky’s Tale game for the Nintendo Switch! Keep reading to see what we thought.
New Super Lucky’s Tale ~ Exclusively on the Nintendo Switch!
Like I mentioned above we are huge Nintendo fans. Not only did I grow up playing on the NES, Super NES and so forth. But now my boys all have the 2DS, 3DS, and of course the Nintendo Switch! Right before the holidays, we received Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games to play. Want to see what we thought? Check out that post here. Recently we were asked if we would like to try out the New Super Lucky’s Tale game. So, of course, we said yes!
We were so thankful to see the amazing goody pack that Nintendo sent us! Isn’t this amazing, there were so many goodies! But you guys are here to see what we thought of the game.
Once the game is on I really like that you get two different pictures depending if you choose to start a new game…
or continue a previously played game.
You also have many options when on the main menu,
the game options menu,
or the world selection menu.
All of us really love the great colors and fun characters that this game has. This game is easy enough for new players to just pick up and start to play. Yet it provides enough of a fun and familiar challenge for us veteran players.
Each level starts with a story and a problem, and you as Lucky go through the level and solve the problem with charm and happiness in order to leave it. That’s not it though, you can do many other things that reward you while are solving the problem in that level.
While this game is so much fun, there is one thing I would change. You do have to have a little bit of patience with the loading screens. However, there are cute little chats that are shown while you wait.
The game might have been made for children in mind because of the colorful worlds and charming characters. But I believe it was really designed for everyone!
New Super Lucky’s Tale is a delight to play, and I strongly encourage both young and old alike to give it a try. This is one game that all of us enjoy!

This looks like a really cute game. I think any kid would love to own this!
My nephews would really like this one. They love their games. This one would be right up their alley.
