See ya later, Ovulator!: Mastering Menopause with Nutrition, Hormones, and Self-Advocacy
I found this book to be very informative and well written. Thanks to Esther’s wit I simply could not put this book down. While I am not experiencing menopause I no longer fear it. I have always taken my mom to her doctor appointments so I got to hear her doctor when she was beginning menopause and her doctor made it sound so depressing. This book has taken the all the opinions I had of menopause and has helped me believe that when the time comes I will be ready to master it!
