You may know that I am an avid coffee drinker. I can not function without my morning cup! And my throughout the day cups. 😉 Recently I learned about a brand called Fire Dept. Coffee.

Just learning about who they are and what they do made me want to try them out. I tried both the Irish Whiskey and the Vanilla Bean Bourbon infused coffees. Both of them had a smooth, rich, non-bitter flavor. I love that because it’s not bitter I don’t need to add creamer or sweeteners. This way I can truly enjoy the full coffee flavor!
