I have been looking for a body pillow to help with both my back pain and leg swelling. My doctor recommended it, saying that the support would improve my sleeping. After doing a lot of research I found the Queen Rose U shaped pillow. I liked that it came with a zippered cover that I could remove for easy washing. This pillow is U shaped, unlike regular body pillows which I also like. I figured this way I could get support for both my front and back. I ordered it from Amazon and was surprised when I received a message that it had been delivered. It surprised me because I was expecting a huge box. However the box was big but it wasn’t huge.
The Queen Rose U shaped pillow actually gets vacuum packed for shipping. Which is why the box is not huge.
I opened it up and because it is shipped like this, the pillow was a little on the flat side. As per the instructions I left it to fluff up for a few hours. My son had a soccer game the same say I opened it so I let it be until we got back from the game. Here is the before and after picture so you can see how much it fluffed up.
As you can see it fluffed up nicely. I really liked how easy the cover was to unzip, remove and put back on. The pillow itself without the cover is made from a soft Polyethylene filling, covered in a breathable cloth. Take a look at my unboxing video to see what I’m talking about. The cover is made from a really soft cotton.
Before getting this pillow I used pillows to sleep. One for my head, one for my back, and one for between my legs. Now thanks to the Queen Rose U shaped pillow, I only use one for all those places. I really liked that this pillow is a lot more comfortable than I expected. Now I find myself falling asleep quicker than before. I am also not waking up during the night because one of my pillows fell.
This body pillow is also safe for pregnancy and maternity use, which makes it a versatile choice for most people. It makes a good body companion, something not too firm nor too stuffy for side, back, and stomach sleepers. I also really like that it’s not too firm nor too stuffy. Which makes it perfect for side, back, and stomach sleepers. I may have to purchase another one since my son loves it as much as I do.
