Evive’s Top 5 Physical Health Tips
We are halfway through May. Which for me means I am halfway through Evive’s May Wellness month. Last week I shared with you Evive’s top 5 wellness tips, you can see that post here. If you haven’t read that post yet, you may be wondering what Evive’s May Wellness month is. It is 31 days of wellness activation that aims at encouraging people to live life to the fullest and embrace their own personal growth throughout the entire month of May and beyond.
This week, I am focusing on PHYSICAL HEALTH. Here are Evive’s top 5 physical health tips to keep me and you physically energized throughout the day and week:
• Try to break a sweat for 30-60 minutes each day of the week. Weekends are for spontaneity & relaxation!
• Have you gotten enough fresh air today? If you’re feeling down, go out for a walk to rebalance your system.
• Don’t have time to spare? Try an 8-10 minute blast workout! Short bursts of daily exercise are still beneficial!
• Are you having a hectic workday? Here are 3 stretches you can do at your desk in between meetings!
• Did you know that the balancing postures are good for your brain? They’re great in countering cognitive decline. Try activities such as yoga or any activity on a board!
