I started the Keto lifestyle back in 2020 and have loved it ever since! Here is my February 2022 keto lifestyle update along with a few recipes that I love. This is the first of a series of posts where I will share my favorite keto-friendly products with you.
2022 Keto Lifestyle Update & Recipes I Love
Back in 2018, I had weight-loss surgery. And while it was the reason for the bulk of my weight loss I have maintained my weight loss thanks to keto. From 2018 through 2020 my weight pretty much yoyoed. Although I have not gone anywhere near my weight prior to VSG surgery I definitely did gain some weight back. And by some, I mean at least 40 pounds.
Honestly, I started to freak out! Doing research I came across the keto lifestyle. At first, I thought it sounded too good to be true. Let alone be something that I could do for more than a few months. I decided I would give it a try nonetheless. Well, it definitely proved me wrong! Not only was I able to lose 35 of the 40 pounds I gained, but I have also been able to maintain the keto lifestyle for two years now.
There are many products that have become staples in my home. These are products that I have tried, found that work and have made continuing my keto lifestyle easy. Organic Coconut Flour
Organic coconut flour is a healthy, delicious alternative to traditional wheat or grain flour.
