KOHIPRESS Portable Coffee Press Maker
My uncle loves his french press, he also loves his coffee on the go. Which is why I think the KOHIPRESS would be a great Christmas gift. But Before I buy him one I just had to give it a try, here’s what I think about it.
The KOHIPRESS is so unique and unlike anything else I have ever had. I really like that it uses hot water and air pressure to brew the perfect cup of coffee. Because of this the coffee is less acidic and has no bitter tastes to it. This KOHIPRESS’s filter doesn’t allow any of the coffee grounds to press through. That is why there is no bitter taste. It took me a few tries to get used to it, but it’s really easy.
I also like how easy it is to take apart to clean and put back together. The coffee out of the KOHIPRESS is smooth and tastes so fresh. I would definitely recommend it.

The KOHIPRESS was borne due to a demand in the coffee market for a portable full steep immersion pressurized press. Total immersion of the coffee grounds into water results in a rapid yet robust extraction of flavour. Until KOHIPLUS came onto the market there was no durable air pressure coffee maker as all others were made from plastic.
KOHIPRESS has a Premium Stainless Steel chamber which is capable of keeping water hot or cold due to the double wall vacuum construction. The stainless steel body provides the durability which makes it ideal for travel.
The air pressure plunge method reduces filtering time and avoids the bitterness of a longer brewing process such as drip brewing. Because of the short brewing time, the acid level is much lower than conventional brewers.
