Even though I have been on my diet for a couple months now I still find lots of benefits in using a detox tea at least once a month. Many of you know that the diet I follow is a structured and basic diet. I’m not sure if it’s because of that or because I’ve been on it for a couple months that I don’t go as often. So for me it doesn’t send me running for the bathroom, which honestly I appreciate. But my mom tried it with me and she says it took all the bloating away. So that’s a huge plus!
