Nutrisystem Journey Week 7 Results #NSNation #ad

This past week was okay, we were super busy and I forgot my going out booklet on a couple of occasions so I ended up ordering things that were just okay calorie wise. That was 4 times this week, not counting the weekend. We had a birthday party and a baby shower to go to so I ate cake and food that I know I shouldn’t have eaten. I was sure I had gained all the weight back. I was super surprised to see that even though it wasn’t that great of a week I still lost 2 pounds. Here are 3 of my favorite meals this week.

french toast

This is Nutrisystem’s French Toast. I had it with 1/4 c (which is what is allowed) of fat free sugar free syrup and black coffee. As you can see 1/4 c of syrup is too much so I will be cutting back on it for next time. 

salsbury steak

This is the Salisbury Steak with Mac and Cheese. Every time I try it, it continues to be a favorite of mine. It tastes amazing!!!

And my ultimate favorite breakfast is the Cinnamon Bun! It has the perfect amount of frosting and cinnamon. I took a close up photo because I wanted to show you all of the yummy goodness. 

Ready for my stats? Ok here we go:

Starting Numbers:

Weight: 232.8 lbs.

Bust: 43 1/2 inches

Waist: 48 inches

Hips: 53 1/2 inches

Thighs: 27 1/2 inches

Week 7 Results:

Weight: 205 lbs. (down 27.8 lbs from wk 1)

Bust: 42 1/2 inches (down 1 inches from wk 1)

Waist: 42 inches (down 6 inches from wk 1)

Hips: 50 inches (down 3 1/2 inches from wk 1)

Thighs: 25 1/2 inches (down 2 inches from wk 1)

    Congrats!!! I just finished week 8 now and i’m excited too. I had the cinnamon roll this morning and is IS good. I put it in the microwave a few seconds first. I have a wedding shower and a birthday party to attend this month and I’m afraid Ill eat to much at one of them. I hope to stay strong just like I did at the church covered dish dinner this past sunday. uugh!

    A lot of our diabetic pts use nutrisystem.they find that helps with portion control.
