Slow Cooker Pineapple Upside-Down Cheese Blintzes

I love slow cooker recipes for many reasons, but this one in particular because it’s absolutely delicious. I am here to share with you today this yummy Slow cooker Pineapple Upside-Down Cheese Blintzes recipe! It’s perfect to serve at your next brunch. 

Ingredients:

16 oz package frozen pineapple chunks

1⁄3 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

2 (13-oz) packages frozen cheese blintzes

Directions:

1. Combine pineapple chunks, brown sugar and cinnamon in the bottom of a 6- or 7-quart slow cooker; dot with butter.

2. Arrange blintzes in a single layer over pineapple mixture.

3. Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 hours or until blintzes are done.

Serve and enjoy! 

These are amazing served with sausages.
