Losing weight now that I’m over 30 has been a bit difficult. I have heard from several websites, and magazines that doing a detox is essential when starting a diet. With so many detox products I was questioning which one to do. This is definitely an easy, and delicious addition to my weight loss diet. For lunch and diner I tried the FitTea African Mango Complex Fat Burner pills.
I take two pills thirty minutes before mealtime, and can really tell a difference in how much less I eat! Ilike that I can just throw it in my purse, and I can take it where ever I happen to be for lunch or dinner. The pills are a good size, not huge like most diet pills.
