It's Halloween

It’s Halloween Giveaway Event

Organized by: Mom Powered Media. Co-hosted by: Capri’s Coupons, My Silly Little Gang, My Dairy Free Gluten Free Life, Oh My Heartsie Girl, Giveaway Bandit and Growing Up Bilingual.

In my house Halloween is a BIG deal, It’s one of my favorite holidays.  On Halloween night we take the boys trick-or-treating! The boys look forward to all the candy. As I’m sure most kids do, I make sure to always have dinner before we go out. That way they will be too full to want that many candies. I don’t allow them to eat any candy until we get home, and I have time to check it all. One thing we do is combine the three bags of candy into one pile, and the boys get to pick two candies. Then I put the rest in one of the bags and stash it in the cabinet above the fridge. I make sure that they can only have two candies everyday, after a few days they forget it’s even there. What do you do for Halloween?

One of the reasons Halloween is one of my favorite holiday’s is that I get to host my annual Halloween Party! I look forward to this all year long! It’s a great day to get together with friends (both mine & the kids). It’s a party where we get to see friends that live a little far from us, and that we don’t see often. Everyone looks forward to the tasty treats! Here are a few that are a huge hit:
