With the boys starting school in a couple of weeks I’ve been thinking about ways for them to have a healthy and happy school year. Here are some allergy-friendly products, that we like. Keep reading to find out more.
Allergy-Friendly Products for a Healthy School Year
For those of us who are parents of children with allergies, sending them off to school, preschool, daycare, etc can be an incredibly stressful experience. That’s why in this post I am excited to share three companies that are addressing this head-on. These companies are assisting families who deal with sensitivities and allergies as they prepare to head back to school this Fall. Let’s jump right on in, and take a look at them. Please share your favorite allergy-free products with me in the comments below.

I was lucky to have tried the ‘Cut-Out’ Sugar Cookie Mix and the Oatmeal Schmoatmeal Cookie Mix. Both of these mixes yielded great cookies! Now of course they will never taste as good as normal cookies. However, for my son who has dietary restrictions, these are absolutely fabulous.
You can find these cookie mixes on the eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R website and on Amazon.
Handzies Soap + Water Wipes
Handzies individually packaged wipes are perfect for tucking in a lunchbox, giving your child fresh, clean hands using only natural castile soap, water, and essential oils. Handzies do not contain alcohol, BZK, triclosan, artificial perfumes, or dyes. Gentle for use by those with allergies, the wipes are compostable and biodegradable. Non-GMO. Available in Free + Clear or Tangerine scent in a convenient 30-count soft pack (Free + Clear only), 24-count individual towelettes, or 100-count individual towelettes.
We absolutely love using Handzies. I always carry some of the individually wrapped ones in my purse, and a 30ct soft pouch in the car. They are great for a quick cleanup anytime. The boys and I use them all the time. One of my boys has eczema so we have to be very careful what I use on his skin. He can’t use anything with any alcohol in it. This is why Handzies are perfect.
You can find Handzies on the company website and on Amazon.
