Pralines were always a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, after my weight loss surgery, I can’t have sugar so no more pralines for me. Because this Brooklyn Beans Roastery has zero sugar added I was super excited to give this coffee a try. To make a delicious, quality coffee they slow roast their 100% Arabica beans in small batches. I think this is why their coffee isn’t bitter and really smooth.

This coffee is great to enjoy any time of the day. However, I love brewing it in the morning because it fills my kitchen with a delicious nutty, caramel scent! I also like to have it in the afternoon when that craving for sweets strike. This coffee satisfies the craving without adding any extra calories to my day!

My hubby likes to enjoy his black, he says it has a perfect flavor so why add anything to it. Whenever I try a new coffee I always have my first cup black. I do this so I can get the full experience of the coffee. Which is why I absolutely agree with my hubby, but I can’t get away from my cream. 😉
