Lehi Mills Vegan Treats
We have been fans of Lehi Mills for a while now. Their Belgian waffle mix and the blueberry muffin mix are our favorites. So I was happy to be able to give their Vegan Double Fudge Brownie Mix a try. I enjoy trying out new products and share them with you.
The main thing I liked about this boxed brownie mix is that you don’t need to sacrifice delicious treats just because you have special dietary requirements or restrictions.
When I think of brownies, I think of a fudgy square that practically melts in your mouth. This mix yields moist, fudgy brownies even while only needing to add oil and water to the mix. I wanted to take pictures and show you how delicious these brownies look. But I made them and while they cooled I took a shower. When I got out of the shower the boys had devoured them already. Thank goodness I had already eaten one or I wouldn’t have tried them. 🙂
So now that you know my thoughts on the mix I received from Lehi Mills, I’ll tell you about their vegan line of treats.
