I have mentioned before on my blog that I wanted to start the Keto lifestyle once I am able to eat normally again. It’s definitely taking longer than I would like. But that is a whole other post…it will be coming soon I promise. While I am waiting however there are lots of things I can do to get ready for my new way of eating.

These cheat cards are all magnetic and bring 8 food checklist cards, and 4 tracking cards.
These food checklist cards are great! I was thinking about how I would have to check online for the carb/fat/protein counts on all the foods I would be eating. If you think about it this would be time-consuming. With these cheat cards, I won’t have to do this, plus when the time comes to do my grocery list, I will have the information I need ready.
Another great plus is that I really like how the checklist cards are broken down. You’ll find the following categories:

I love this because since I also track on my phone I can do all the inputting at the end of the day instead of at every meal.
Each card is 6″X4″ which in my opinion is a great size.
I also like that the entire back of the card is magnetic. Another plus is that the front is waterproof and oil proof making them easy to clean.
