Best Dressed Blackberry

Ingredients

2 parts Vodka
1/2 part Lemoncello
1 part Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry

Directions

Shake Vodka and Lemoncello with ice. Pour into chilled martini glass and top with Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry. Garnish with blackberries.

Grapefruit & Glamour

Ingredients

1oz vodka
.5oz elderflower liqueur
Sparkling Ice Pink Grapefruit
.5oz vanilla syrup
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Grapefruit slice, for garnish

Directions

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Combine vodka, elderflower liqueur and vanilla syrup- shake until cold. Strain into an ice filled glass and float with Sparkling Ice Pink Grapefruit. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice then serve.

Ingredients

1 bottle of Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva
1 large orange, sliced
1 large apple, chopped
1 large pear, chopped
Seeds of 1 pomegranate
4 cinnamon sticks

Directions

Add fruit to a large pitcher. Top with Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva. Place in fridge for an hour before serving. Spoon fruit into glass before pouring wine. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Add ice to top (optional).

Superiore Sip

Ingredients

Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
Whole hibiscus flowers, packed in syrup
8 tsps of hibiscus syrup used to pack the flowers

Directions

Place a whole hibiscus flower in the bottom of glass. Fill glass with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore to ¾” of the rim. Carefully spoon 2 tsps of the hibiscus syrup down the interior side of each glass.

2 Servings

Ingredients

1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
8-10 frozen cranberries
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp water

Directions

Put cranberries on a skewer and rinse under cold water. Dip skewered cranberries in water, then roll in granulated sugar. Place skewers on wax paper and place in freezer for 5 minutes. Fill glass ¾ with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore. Place skewers on top of glass and serve.
Optional: For a slightly sweeter garnish, soak fresh or frozen berries in maple syrup overnight, then skewer and roll in sugar.

The Golden Mule

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces vodka
1 ½ ounces lime juice
4 oz Brooklyn Crafted Extra Spicy Ginger Beer

Directions

In a Moscow mule mug, combine the listed ingredients and pour over ice. Stir, garnish with a lime and enjoy!
