I have been using Essential Oils for years. However it wasn’t until August last year that I was first introduced to GuruNanda. They quickly became one of my absolute favorite brands for essential oils. Which is why I couldn’t wait to try the GuruNanda kids essential oils collection.

Of all the ways I use essential oils I have to say that my favorite has to be aromatherapy. I love Aromatherapy because it can boost my mood, give me energy, improve my mental focus, ease congestion, improve my sleep, and (most importantly for me) help with relaxation. Plus it’s a great alternative to chemical based air freshening sprays.

When it comes to my boys keeping them safe and healthy (while it can be difficult) is my top priority. Helping my boys naturally stay healthy, or heal quicker are reasons why I use aromatherapy with them too. Before I go into this a little further I want to make it clear that no matter the quality or brand of the essential oil, they are an extremely concentrated combination of multiple chemical constituents and therefore require a certain amount of concern with safety when using them. So whenever I think about using an essential oil with them I make sure I research it as much as I can.

Recently GuruNanda sent me the four bottles of their 4Kids collection. This collection was specially crafted to be gentle, yet effective for your precious little ones.

Two of the bottles were undiluted essential oils, which are perfect for using in a diffuser. And the other two bottles were of their pre-diluted roll-ons, which are pre-diluted in Coconut Oil at a 1% dilution ratio.

We all have days when we need to just calm down. Either because of a long day full of activities, or an overwhelming day at school. My boys even though they are little also need to just calm down. Thanks to these products from GuruNanda I’ve found a great way to help them wind down naturally.
