My boys and I love solving word search puzzles so WordSeach! from Goliath Games was right up our alley. The goal of this game is to find the hidden words. What makes it even more fun is that the other players may take some of your letters if they find a word that crosses over yours. I love to spending quality time with my boys. This game allows me to do that, and to give us some time to unplug.

This game includes 8 double sided cards, and small, colorful game pieces. The object of the game is to find the most words. The hidden words on the themed cards (i.e. cities, school, home, etc.) are in all directions: horizontal, vertical, diagonal, from left to right, and right to left. We absolutely love this game!

You can get WordSearch! on Amazon.

Product Description

The race is on with this exciting version of the classic hidden word puzzle – it turns a solitary activity into a fun group word game as players go on a word search. Rotate the specially-designed circular board to reveal the word that the players will race to find on this turn. Everyone plays at once, and the first player to locate the word marks it with transparent colored tiles. With twists and turns that allow players to remove tiles played by competitors, Wordsearchers find that it’s a great game for kids and families to play together (and to boggle their minds!). The player with the most tiles on the board at the end wins. For 2-4 players, ages 7 and up.

Word games are really popular online, so I’m betting this game would be, too. Back in my day, it was Scrabble, for kids today it’s Words with Friends…I like this idea.
