Teach Little Ones to Count With These Two Books
My niece is learning to count, and these two books are perfect for her. These books are super cute and both are sturdy. They also fit perfectly in her hands. Lets first talk a little about Sesame Street: 5 Little Rubber Duckies.
This book has 5 little ducks at the top that you can slide back and forth. It also has numbers that you can trace with your fingers. My niece really likes tracing the numbers. The illustrations are colorful and my niece loves looking for the ducks to count.
She also really likes the story and that it has characters she knows and loves. If you have a little one who likes Sesame Street, you will both enjoy this book.

Matt Mitter was born on a Wednesday afternoon in Oklahoma City and later squandered his youth in and around the Ozarks. Later still, he lived here and there, and now and again did a bit of this and that. Over the past 20 years, he has written the text (mostly verse) for dozens of children’s books that have been admired by readers of all ages for their delightful pictures. Currently, Matt resides in San Francisco, where he and his wife are indentured to two Scottish Folds.
The second fun counting book I want to tell you about is 10, 9, 8…Owls Up Late! This is a super cute book with owls that are playing on a tree. They are having such a great time playing that the mama owl has a hard time getting them to bed. One by one the mama owl gets them to rest and we get to count down from 10.
I love the illustrations and story of this adorable book, and so does my niece! This book has quickly become a favorite of hers.
