Festive Cinco de Mayo + Kentucky Derby Cocktails

To me nothing says Cinco de Mayo like tacos and cocktails. And of course the Kentucky Derby and cocktails also go hand in hand. That’s why when I was asked if I wanted to share these recipes from Sparkling Ice I agreed. These cocktails aside from sounding delicious are perfect for the Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo. I hope you enjoy them!

Sparkling Ice is a lightly carbonated, zero-calorie beverage which combines sparkling water, fruit juice and vitamins for a refreshing drink. Sparkling Ice, it’s easy to make great-tasting cocktails with a fraction of the calories (aka more room for chips and guac!).

My son lives in Kentucky and lives not very far from Louisville. I will have to show him this so next times he can make a few of the drinks.
