GuruNanda ~ Latest Trend In Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a big deal in my house. I have several brands of diffusers and essential oils. I use my oils in the diffusers and in my showers. Wondering how I use them in the shower? I have a special shower head that uses a cartridge that contains Vitamin C and I can pick my favorite scent. On days that I get the chance to actually soak in the tub I love using my essential oils directly in the water.
I love Aromatherapy because it can boost my mood, give me energy, improve my mental focus, ease congestion, improve my sleep, and (most importantly for me) help with relaxation. Plus it’s a great alternative to chemical based air freshening sprays.
Recently I heard of a GuruNanda, this was a new brand for me. GuruNanda is a line of exquisite oils and diffusers designed to improve our health and well-being. I honestly couldn’t wait to give it a try. Today I will be talking about one of their diffusers and six of their essential oils and blends. GuruNanda Honeycomb Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser
The first thing I opened up was my GuruNanda Honeycomb Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser. This has to be the cutest diffuser I own. And it’s the perfect size for any small room. I love that this diffuser is lightweight, compact, and that it has soft color-changing LED lights. I also really like that it’s super easy to setup and use. I just fill the reservoir with water and add a few drops of the GuruNanda essential oil I want to use. I like that this diffuser has two modes of operation: a continuous setting and an intermittent setting. It also automatically shuts off when the water level is low.
GuruNanda Essential Oil Blends
The GuruNanda Essential Oil Blends were the first of the oils that caught my eye. I got the Breathe Easy, Calming Sleep and Slim blends. Let me tell you more about them.
Calming Sleep Essential Oil Blend – This blend has helped so much with my son’s sleep. He was having such a hard time falling asleep that the pediatrician had us start using Melatonin to regulate his sleep. Thanks to this blend he no longer uses Melatonin.

Of all the GuruNanda Essential Oils Singles that are available I feel that the Peppermint, Lavender, and Eucalyptus are the must haves for my home. I could tell they are high quality because of the scent and feel of each of these essential oils. Here’s a little more about them.
Peppermint – This is my go to oil when it comes to giving me the energy I need. It is an automatic pick me up! Not to mention that it’s absolutely delicious in water to drink.
