Master Model Builder, Ian Coffey, will attend local libraries
If your kids are like mine, then they love building with LEGO® bricks. That’s why I am sharing this fun information with you.
Beginning in August, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston’s Master Model Builder, Ian Coffey, will attend local libraries’ LEGO Clubs. Ian will share with the clubs how he got his job, what he does as the Master Model Builder, show his favorite builds and share tips and tricks for building with LEGO® bricks.
The dates of the visits are:
Mon. August 3, 10:30 am-12 pm at Pollard Memorial Library, Lowell, MA
Fri. August 7, 2:30-4:00 pm at Milton Public Library, Milton, MA
Mon. August 10, 5-6:30 pm at Attleboro Public Library, Attleboro, MA
All events are free, but we suggest you check the library’s website to see if an advance sign-up is required.
They’re planning other library visits as well so once I know about those, I’ll share the details with you.
LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston is also participating in the Massachusetts Library System’s Statewide Summer Reading program. Children that complete the program can choose a LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston “Kid Go Free” pass as a prize. So check with your local library.
I also want to share with you that there is a price change for LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston tickets. Starting this week, online tickets will start at $14.95 (formerly $18.50) and walk up tickets will be $23 for both adults and kids. Kids 3 and under will remain FREE. As always you are encouraged to go online and book tickets in advance to guarantee admission and now, depending on the date/time, tickets will start at $14.95.
For more ticket information, please visit the LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston website.
My son would love to attend this. He is really into Lego’s and building things.
