I was sent the balm with lavender scent and I love it! It is very relaxing and I love how soft it leaves my skin. I use it at night after a nice hot shower and in no time it relaxes me to sleep. It’s super easy to use, you just take a little of  the lotion from the jar with the back of your fingernail.  All you need is a dab the size of a pea, believe it or not that is usually enough for your hands or feet.  A little bit goes a long way so you don’t over do it.

I love that it goes on clear and once it’s absorbed into the skin, there’s no greasy residue.
