For starters I really like that it comes ready to go from the package because it brings the one AAA battery that it needs to run. I love having my gadgets ready as soon as I get them. I also like that it has really big magnets to help with placement. Because of the length of the cord it makes the perfect thermometer because there’s no need to keep opening the oven door. That’s really handy for me because my oven doesn’t have a window. I also really like that it’s programmable and has an alert signal which you can choose to be visual or audible. The long stainless steel probe makes it easy to get a reading on thin slices of meat. And the display is adjustable so you can flip it to get a good look at the display.
