Chronic Pain: Finding Hope in the Midst of Suffering

By Rob Prince

Chronic Pain

I am thrilled to have had the chance to review Chronic Pain: Finding Hope in the Midst of Suffering By Rob Prince.  Being a person who suffers from Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I deal with chronic pain. This is why I know that pain relief doesn’t always come from a bottle of pills. I have learned that living with a chronic condition can be endless and unfortunately not everyone can be completely healed.

I really liked how this book flows, because the author is a sufferer of chronic pain himself I feel like he wrote this book just for me. He has a wonderful way of telling a story. Being a pastor the author shows us what the Scriptures have to say about healing, and how to see that God is right along side you in this journey. In this book I have learned how to handle that disappointing feeling that my prayers go unanswered.

I highly recommend this book to not only those who like me suffer of chronic pain, but to everyone because it may help them understand what the person who suffers is going through.

Chronic Pain is available at:

Beacon Hill Press

Amazon

Barnes & Noble

Just to name a few.

  1. I have suffered with chronic “intractable” pain for 35 yrs. It is always refreshing to hear about treating our pain with something more than pills. Thank you for the awesome review!!
