Shazzy Fitness – 7 Day Challenge and Review
Well here we are 5 days into march and I’m sticking to my New Year Resolution of Losing weight. So far I ve lost 10 lbs in 2 months! I’m eating healthier and have started a fitness routine. I have incorporated into my routine two workout DVDs that I received from Shazzy Fitness to review! They are “The Beginning” and “A Time To Dance” . You might have guessed that the first DVD is “The Beginning” as the name says this is not only the one you start with, it’s also the one with the workouts with beginner level cardio. I liked this DVD because in the menu it gives you the option to learn the steps you’ll have to do before you actually work out. Or you can choose to jump right in to the workout. I love that the workouts are easy to follow and the music is so much fun!
Today marks the first day of the Shazzy Fitness – 7 Day Challenge! The challenge is 7 days of healthy living, one dance at a time. Everyone doing the challenge agrees to dance between 10 and 20 minutes each day for 7 days and post their comments and results. I love that there will be daily motivation and encouragement on the Shazzy Fitness Website. Not only am I participating in the challenge, I will be sharing my journey here with you.
I’m doing the challenge because it’s good for me and now that I’ve done the first workout I can tell you that it’s so much fun! It made me sweat and challenged me but it wasn’t difficult. The time flew by because I was enjoying it so much!
