Massaging helps my fibromyalgia tremendously, especially in my calves, shoulders, and neck. Giving yourself massages can be difficult. For me, it’s hard when I’m having a flareup to twist, turn and bend to massage in the right places. Because of this, I am always looking for products that will help make it easier to give myself massages.
Recently I was sent the Vertiroller from Symbodi to try out. The first thing I noticed was the quality and craftsmanship of the product. You can tell simply by picking it up that this product is solid. It’s the perfect size for pushing pain out, especially in the neck area.
Now let’s talk about the wall mount part of this product. It is very easy to mount and very sturdy. Unlike other products I’ve tried this one didn’t fall off the wall in the middle of using it. I tried it on in my room and the bathroom (because it’s tiled). On both walls, it worked perfectly.
