Noodle Girl is a San Francisco-based Asian catering company that is part of the La Cocina incubator and recently launched an amazing crispy corn snack. Chef Hang Truong is the founder of the restaurant, she was nominated for a James Beard award.
Her mother developed the recipe for the crispy corn snacks during the Vietnam war. It’s a blend of waxy corn, with sweet, salty, and chili-based spices. The snack is gluten-free and vegan. The flavor is great and it has a nice crunch.
