We all know what you eat and consume affects your health, but what about other areas in your life? Evive Nutrition likes to take an all-around approach to wellness. To encourage our community, Evive is sharing 31 tips and tricks to be well and feel good in four areas: Nutrition, Sleep, Mental Health, and Physical Health.
This 31 days of wellness activation aims at encouraging people to live life to the fullest and embrace their own personal growth throughout the entire month of May and beyond.

• Check out Dirty Dozen to make sure the veggies & fruits you purchase don’t have any pesticide residue.
• Drink lots of water in between meals instead of during for optimal digestion.
• Try not to get so caught up with being perfect and focus instead on all the progress you’re making!
• If you’re feeling down, go out for a walk to rebalance your system.
• Try picking a bedtime and sticking to it.
