Confreda Farms Fall Festival
Yesterday we were lucky enough to be invited to the Confreda Farms Fall Festival. If you’ve been with me for a while then you know that we loved our first visit there 2 years ago. You can see that review here. So of course we knew it was going to be another day to remember. When we arrived it was just about lunch time. Which was perfect because we got to treat ourselves to food from their stand. Two of the boys had hotdogs and one had chicken tenders. My hunny and I had burgers. As an extra special treat we had deep fried Oreos! From there we went on the hayride out to the pumpkin patch and our favorite thing there…the aMAiZEing MAiZE attraction, a corn maze the size of 7 football fields.
We always have a blast in the corn field maze and this time was no different. This time it was bigger and we thought a little harder than the last time we visited. Maybe it was because we let the boys lead us through. We went in circles and got lost a few times. But that’s all part of the fun!
When we finally made it out we went to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out a few pumpkins. I think I picked the best ones. 🙂
Usually we only pick small pumpkins this early and wait for it to be closer to Halloween to get our carving pumpkins.
We then took the hayride back to the front of the farm and went into the store to pay for our pumpkins. Since we were there we also got our favorite peach pie! If there’s one thing we look forward to every year it’s a peach pure from Confreda Farms.
Truthfully we get two of them because we devour one on the ride back home. The first year we went we made the mistake of only buying one and when we got home it was all gone. 🙁 We have never made that mistake again.
We took the things we purchased to the car and went to the kids area for the boys to have even more fun.
As you can see, we had an amazing fun filled day at the Confreda Farms Fall Festival. We highly recommend you visit if you are close enough. Here’s more information.

If I had young children I would definitely pick this destination as a #1!!!!! All of the attractions are fantastic learning. I am a little bit afraid of the corn maze because of the Children of the Corn movies, LOL.
