Instant Pot Indian ~ Book Feature

If you love your Instant Pot and Indian cuisine, this is a book that you are going to enjoy. I absolutely love my Instant Pot and use it at least twice a week. I also love Indian cuisine but have always been intimidated when it comes to trying to cook it in my Instant Pot.
One of the reasons why I absolutely loved the Instant Pot Indian cookbook is that the recipes are very detailed and easy to follow. Another thing I love about this cookbook is that every recipe offers precise cook times and ingredient quantities for three different sizing of Instant Pots. This is super helpful and it’s color coded which makes it easy to know what sizing to follow. Instant Pot Indian has great recipes and the three that I’ve made we’ve really enjoyed.
Instant Pot Indian includes classics such as palak paneer, butter chicken (my favorite, and the first one I made), and dal, and its robust selection of recipes are enhanced by the author’s tips and insights for preparing and storing food, as well as a rundown on Indian spices and how best to use them.
