I remember when I was expecting my oldest how overwhelming it was. We were living in Texas and our families were in Massachusetts. So as you can imagine I was on the phone with my mom, and his mom daily! Even though I was prepared when Diego was born, it had taken a lot of research and taking the advice of both grandmas. That’s why after checking out The Baby Box Co. I wish I could have had this during any of my pregnancies.

I received the safe sleep box to unbox and show you. I was excited when I received the package. It came in a big flat box.
Inside there was a teal zippered pouch with goodies inside (more on that below), the safe sleep box, and a mattress with a 100% cotton fitted sheet for it.
Putting together the safe sleep box was simple and straight forward, although there are instructions included. I absolutely love how adorable this safe sleep box is.
The mattress is a firm foam pad. All of their mattresses have been independently certified by CertiPUR-US laboratories. Specifically, they adhere to the following:
No PBDE flame retardants
No prohibited phthalates
No ozone depleters (CFCs)
No mercury, lead or heavy metals
No formaldehyde
Inside the teal zippered bag I received: an adorable light baby blanket with zebras on it. Lansinoh samples, a $35 coupon to Home Chef, 25% coupon to Thrive Market, $15 off coupon to Little Hippo, 2 samples of Hyland’s Baby Mucus & Cold Relief, and several pamphlets. This is such a wonderful idea for new mothers! I definitely would have loved to get something like this when mine were babies! I love that the box doubles as a bassinet. Thank you so much for sharing!
