During the winter months here in New England I use the heat daily. Using that heat makes the air in our home really dry. Having really dry air is bad for many reasons, let me tell you about them. One of my sons has eczema which gets irritated by dry air. Another of my sons and I both have asthma so dry air is not good for us either. I like that it humidifies the air quickly, it runs quietly. It does have a small blue night light should you want to use it. It’s quality is great, I can tell that it’s durable. But what I like the most is how easy its tank is to fill, and clean.

I usually fill up the tank at bedtime and the humidifier runs all through the night. I turn it off in the morning and there is still enough water remaining to use for a few hours during the day should I need to. I also really like the automatic shut off feature.
