In this post I want to share with you three products that I can not be without.
iHealth Infrared No-Touch Thermometer
The thing that worries me the most whenever my boys get sick is fevers. My mom always laughs at me because if I feel that my boys are even a little warm, I run to get my thermometer. I don’t care if they have any other symptoms or not, if they feel warm they’re getting checked with the thermometer. My favorite type of thermometers are the infrared no-touch ones. I think the iHealth Infrared No-Touch Thermometer is amazing! While I personally don’t own one, my friend has one and I absolutely love it! All of it’s great features really want me to get one. And I think it would be a great addition to any medicine chest.
Think about it…when fever sneaks up on your child in the middle of the night, the last thing you want to do is disturb your little one! Olbas Herbal Remedies
Another great company that has amazing products is Olbas Herbal Remedies. They were generous enough to recently send me four of their great products. I have always been a fan of menthol nasal inhalers. Whenever I have colds, this is my go-to product. So I was excited to see that Olbas had sent me a couple of their Olbas Inhalers.
I have been suffering for a cold, so I opened one up and gave it a try. I have to tell you that I absolutely loved it! If you’ve never used a menthol nasal inhaler or don’t know what it is, basically it’s a plastic tube containing an herbal formula (can be a combination of menthol, oils of peppermint, cajeput and eucalyptus) with a hole in the top so you can breathe it into your nostrils. You just have to take a whiff of that tube into each nostril and you get (in my case) refreshment and/or allergy relief. Whenever my head is congested, I use it and it clears my nasal passages and gives me a refreshing mental boost instantly.
The second product I received of theirs is the Olbas Oil. This is such a great product, well known for its use in massage, Olbas Oil tends to stimulate circulation at the surface of the skin. It opens up the pores and provides a comfortable warm and cool feeling in the muscles and joints. I have already used it on two separate occasions. The first as a massage oil during one of my Fibromyalgia flare ups. And the second two days ago when my little guy was congested. At bedtime I simply sprinkled 8 drops on a Paper towel and tucked it inside his pillowcase. It helped sleep so much better, than the previous night.
I also received the Olbas Pastilles
and Lozenges. I haven’t had the chance to give these a try, but after trying out the other Olbas products I am hopeful they will be just as good.

BugBand DEET-Free Towelettes
If you follow my blog then you may know that we are big fans of BugBand products. We are especially fans of their bands that glow in the dark, check out that review here.
