Juice Recipes ~ National Nutrition Month & Beyond!

National Nutrition Month is sadly coming to an end. However any healthy habits we have formed this month can and should stay with us for the long run. Let’s talk about something that can sometimes be controversial. I am talking about juice. Some people don’t like it or don’t like to enjoy it because many of the juices available in stores can be loaded with sugar and additives. I for one love Juice! But with my surgery I can only have all natural juices. That’s why lately I have been putting my juicer to good use. I’ve been using it so much in fact that I am going to have to be getting a new one, because mine finally gave up on me today. But that is another post for another day. Here are three delicious juice recipes that are perfect for National Nutrition month and beyond! I hope you like them as much as I do.

Yum! Juicing has always been a favorite of mine. The blueberry one sounds so good with the pear. I would like to try new juices, I have never tried beets before!

I don’t have a juicer yet but I might have to get one. I too am sick of all the artificial sugar and flavorings in most juices.
