Ever since I found out a Gluten-Free diet could help with Aaron’s eczema I love finding products to try. So when I heard about The Gluten Free Bar (GFB) I had to check out their products. The GFB has a very extensive line of products. We recently received two of their “Bites” flavors to try. We were absolutely floored with how delicious these little bites are! Our favorite of the two has to be the pb + J, let me tell you more about both of the flavors.
These little pb + j bites are our absolute favorite! They have peanut butter and dried strawberries covered in chopped peanuts. OM Gosh they taste like little bits of heaven. I keep this bag in the car so that we can have a snack whenever we’re on the go. They are perfect for after the soccer games or practice.

That classic combination, peanut butter and jelly, finally made its way into a GFB Bite. Creamy peanut butter paired with real dried strawberries will take you back to childhood, but with a “grown-up” touch, all in a resealable bag.
The second flavor we tried out was the dark chocolate coconut. This flavor was a hit among my coconut loving friends. I liked that they taste more like truffles than healthy snack bites. If you like chocolate and coconut, definitely give these a try.

Final thoughts…
These bites are chewy, and make for a great post-workout or afternoon snack. I’ve also been eating them as a dessert. The sweetness from these yummy bites make it a perfect afternoon sugar craving or post-dinner sweet. We love them!
