Banana Stuffed Pancake Sticks Recipe #Krusteaz

We are big fans of Krusteaz pancake mixes. My boys like how delicious the pancakes come out and I like how easy it is to make! Now Krusteaz has Protein Pancake Mixes. Which is great because I like knowing my boys are getting the protein they need, while eating something they love. Today I will be sharing a delicious recipe that I make for my boys. I love it because not only is is delicious, it’s also super easy.

Banana Stuffed Pancake Sticks

Ingredients:

2 cups of Krusteaz Protein Pancake Mix batter

5 Bananas

Cooking spray

Directions:

Follow directions on Krusteaz box to make batter.

Slice a banana in half and in half lengthwise, repeat with the remaining 4 bananas. You should get 4 pieces from each banana.

Heat up a pan and spray with cooking spray. Dip each banana slice in the batter and place on the pan. Cook like you would regular pancakes.

Serve and enjoy with your favorite topping or with just syrup for dipping like my boys and I do. I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe as much as we do!
