We love ice cream which is why we love July. July is National Ice Cream Month and we are celebrating it by having My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream. For those of you that haven’t heard about My/Mo Mochi ice cream it’s a carefully crafted snack made with a scoop of premium ice cream wrapped, in delectably soft dough.
We were in heaven from the very first bite. It’s like a little piece of cake filled with delicious ice cream. We had never had anything like it before, and now we are hooked! I can’t imagine my freezer without these little pieces of heaven.
We were lucky enough to receive 3 absolutely delicious flavors! Mango, Strawberry, and Double Chocolate.
All three flavors were absolutely delicious, but of course we all had our favorites. My hubby loved the Mango. Diego and I were hooked on the Chocolate, and Matias and Aaron loved the strawberry one. They all come nestled in a little tray.
After opening the film on the tray I recommend the little tray be kept in a freezer bag to keep the outer dough of the My/Mo Mochi ice cream fresh and soft. If for some reason you forget to and the little ball gets hard, just let it sit out for a bit before enjoying.
