In our house we absolutely love believing in magic. We look forward all year long to our Elf to come during the holidays. I wanted to do something to have magic all year round. During my search I found The Fairy Door Company. I will be having our Elf give this to the boys when he leaves the night before Christmas Eve.
The Fairy Door Company creates these adorable little doors that you place to have a fairy come live with you. I really liked that all doors are carefully handmade with every detail considered. They come in all different colors, and you can get it either arched or round. I got the red arched one you see pictured above. I love all the little things it includes.
Included with your fairy door is:
A key inside a little bottle, Three little wooden stepping stones, A little notepad, A Fairy Welcome Guide, and the Family / Fairy Lease Agreement.
The concept of the Irish Fairy Door is super cute! When you receive it you are supposed to find a special place for the door. You then need to leave the little key outside the Fairy Door before bed and your very own fairy will find her way and take the key during the night. Once your fairy comes you can register your fairy & give it a name.

Also the contract that comes with every door outlines exactly what humans are expected to do to make sure all the family respects the fairy’s, all the family have to sign the contract and agree to follow all the fairy rules.
