We are huge fans of family game night and we have lots of board games to prove it. However we don’t only play them for family game night. We use them anytime we have friends over. I am lucky that most of my friends are now moms too and we have kids that are around the same age. So when we get together it never fails that the games will come out to play.

Lets’s start with Brainspin.

This is a super fun game that supposed to be for ages 7+. However my 5 year old enjoys it just as much as we adults do! When we have friends over we like to break this game out and have some fun. It’s perfect for playing around the table because it’s the size of a deck of cards and not a game board.

A great ice-breaker and creativity game. Players open up their minds and write down everything they see based on the card in play. No answer is too crazy as long as you can convince your opponents of what you see. Let your creativity explode!

Next up is a game that I used to LOVE playing as a child. And it’s even more fun playing with my boys!

This game is Candy Land!

Like I have already mentioned, I loved to play this game as a child. So watching my boys play and enjoy it as much as I do. It has really bright colors and it’s easy to play with my 5 year old and my 4 year old niece! This game comes with it’s game board, 4 little playing pieces, and the cards you need to move in the game.

This classic edition features the charming graphics and components from the game’s early days! Celebrating over 65 years of great family fun!

Here is Chutes and Ladders!

This is another game that I enjoyed as a child. So of course I am also thrilled to share it with my boys. I love the colorful game board and how easy it is to play this fun game.

This classic edition features the delightful artwork from the 70’s. It will bring back fond memories and help create new ones!
