Fall Comfort Food from CedarLane is Here!

newest 2016 disclaimer

Now that the Fall season is in full swing, there is nothing I look forward to more than comfort food. Comfort food is great for giving me that warm and gooey feeling I need to keep warm. So of course I was excited to get to try out CedarLane’s Garden Vegetable Lasagna and their Eggplant Parmesan.

Eggplant Parmesan is one of my favorite meals. I have ordered it at restaurants, and have made it many times at home. This frozen vegetarian version of Eggplant Parmesan is very tasty. My hunny who is kind of picky about frozen meals, absolutely loved this one. I also really like that it is very easy to prepare. You can serve it right in the bowl it comes it, so clean up is a breeze, too.

The next meal I tried was the Garden Vegetable Lasagna. I have tried other frozen lasagnas and honestly I never liked them very much. But this Garden Vegetable Lasagna sounded so good I had to give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. I wouldn’t have even known it was microwaved except that the very ends did get a little hard. Otherwise it tasted like fresh cooked. I like that CedarLane uses a unique blend of ingredients which really gives it an original flavor.
