These recipes are featuring Sparkling Ice’s new Essence of water. Who doesn’t love a delicious cocktail right? I know I do!

Sparkling Cherry Bourbon

Sparkling Cherry Bourbon

Ingredients
  • 4 cherries, pits removed
  • 1½ ounces bourbon
  • 1 tsp. simple syrup
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • Sparkling Ice Essence of Peach
Directions
 
Muddle 4 cherries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice- shake. Strain cocktail into a rocks glass and add sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Lavender Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. gin
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. lavender syrup (recipe below)
  • 4 oz. Sparkling Ice Essence of Original
  • Lemon twist and lavender sprig for garnish (optional)
Directions
Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour the gin, lemon juice, and the lavender syrup over the ice and stir. Float with unflavored Sparkling Ice, garnish with a lemon twist and lavender spring then serve.

Lavender Syrup

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons dried lavender
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
Directions
Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stir to dissolve sugar. Add lavender and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, and allow the ginger to infuse for 30 minutes. Pour syrup through a finer strainer into an airtight container.

Sparkling Watermelon Vodka Lemonade

Sparkling Watermelon Vodka Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 3 cups seedless watermelon pieces
  • 3 lemons, juiced
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • 2 cups Sparkling Ice Essence of Lemon Lime
Directions
In a blender, puree the watermelon and lemon juice, strain through a sieve into a drink pitcher. Add mint, vodka, and Essence of – then stir. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.

Moscow Mule

Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. vodka
  • 4 oz. Sparkling Ice Essence of Original
  • 1 oz. ginger syrup (recipe below)
  • Juice from ½ a lime
  • Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Directions
Fill your copper mug with ice to allow it to get it cold. Pour the vodka over the ice, add the unflavored Sparkling Ice, ginger syrup, and lime juice then stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint then serve.

  • 2 oz. piece of ginger
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
Directions
