Being from a hispanic family we have always eaten beans & rice at our house. So when I heard that Valley Food Storage had a quick meal called Enchilada Beans & Rice we couldn’t wait to try it out. When we received it, I decided to cook it up for dinner that same day.
This was super easy to prepare, and the meal was hearty and delicious.I loved how it filled my kitchen with an amazingly delicious aroma. There are so many wonderful flavors in this product. I felt it had the perfect amount of spiciness! And the texture was great! This is also a fantastic quick meal for emergencies and camping.
