This is the second bottle of these amazing vitamins that I have gotten for my hunny. He loves them because it gives him energy and he knows he’s getting everything he needs to stay healthy. Typically, most other brands recommend only taking one tablet once per day, but the Elite Man recommends three tablets per day. My hunny started out by taking one tablet for the first week and gradually increased it to three tablets. Overall, the Elite Man Multivitamins is the strongest multivitamin that he has tried out.
