I had my teeth whitened years ago at my dentist’s office. And even though my teeth are not as white as they used to be, I haven’t gotten them whitened because of cost. This is the most complete home whitening kit I’ve seen. It brought 2 dental trays, which you mold to your teeth using hot water. Molding the trays to your teeth is great because that gives a better result. It brings a gel applicator brush, which is awesome because with the brush you have more control when applying the gel. You want to avoid getting the gel on your teeth so you won’t have any sensitivity issues. What I do is use the brush to paint it on each tooth then put the mouthpiece in. This kit also brings 8 syringes filled with whitening gel, that’s 50 applications. And of course it also brings a LED Blue Light Accelerator. Use this light for acceleration of the whitening process.
I whitened the upper and lower teeth separately, that way if you happen to have sensitivity it will only be in one area. Another good reason to do it this way is because when both trays are in your mouth you will produce more saliva which could make you gag. I also have noticed that if I use my ultrasonic toothbrush and floss well before whitening I get better results. Also don’t forget to gently brush and rinse after you’re finished whitening to remove all of the gel. One thing I can’t stress enough is that when it comes to the gel less is more because you don’t want it to come in contact with your gums.
This is definitely a home whitening kit that I highly recommend.
