I always mention about how hard I’ve been working to keep up with my resolution to lose weight and live healthier. Well a big part of being able to keep that resolution is drinking lots of water. I have to tell you drinking plain water got old fast. It’s bland and it was hard to keep up with it. That’s why I love infused water. Drinking Infused water gives me the satisfaction of knowing that I’m keeping hydrated and with the endless amount of flavors and flavor combinations I never get tired.
I got the opportunity to try out the Infuser Water Bottle from FlavFusion. This bottle is the perfect size at 26 oz. I usually keep the bottle full all day, that way I can count the ounces to make sure I am drinking enough.
This Infuser Water Bottle has a center container where you can add fruits or any herbs to give the water an all natural added flavor.
I love that both the center tube and the water bottle have a wide opening. In the tube it makes for easy adding of fruit slices, and in the bottle I can add ice cubes if I want without having to crush them into pieces.
My favorite flavor to add is apple slices and a cinnamon stick. What I recommend is to add the slices and refrigerate overnight. Then the next morning just give a few shakes and you’re all set. I refill my water bottle at least 3-4 times a day. Then at the end of the day I wash it and get it ready for the next day.
Which brings me to the next point that I love about this infuser water bottle. It’s super easy to clean! I just use a simple bottle brush and it’s clean and ready. Or you could even throw it in the dishwasher. The bottle consists of 4 parts. The bottle and lid and then the infuser has two parts, the center tube and the filter lid. This filter lid keeps pieces of fruit from getting lodged into the drinking spout. The handle on the bottle is large enough to carry comfortably and it never hurt or felt uncomfortable in my hand. Another great point is that the bottle can be easily clipped on to the diaper bag, the jogging stroller, and it’s slender enough to fit into any cup holder.
