Saying Hello To Fall in MA

Saying Hello to Fall in MA

Everywhere I drive I see the beauty of this magical season. I love watching how the greens change to yellows, oranges and reds. It’s the foliage changing that I missed the most when I lived in Houston. Now if only the weather would catch up. 🙂 It’s kind of hard to think fall when the days are up in the 70’s. Today for example we had a 77 degree F day. To me that’s just not fall.

When I think of fall I think of a nice chill in the air, wearing sweaters, or sweatshirts, and spending evenings outside around a fire pit. I think of all things pumpkin, and apple. I think of the smell of cinnamon, oranges and cloves.

To help me get into the fall spirit despite the weather I put together a list of a few places that we enjoy going to during the fall. If they are happening near you, you should definitely check them out!

Cranberry Harvest Celebration in Wareham, MA. This year it’s October 10 & 11th.

Confreda Farm’s Fall Fest in Hope, RI. Happening every weekend in October! Check out my review from last years Fall Fest Here.

The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at the Roger Williams Zoo in Providence RI. Happening October 2 – November 2, 6pm – 11pm.

Pumpkins Aglow at Edaville USA in Carver, MA. Happening every Friday, Saturday & Sundays in October! Check out our visit to Edaville last year Here.

Fall Pumpkin Fest at the Frog Pond in Boston, MA. It will happen on October 19th

The Great Pumpkin Fest at the Eco Tarium in Worcester, MA. Happening on October 25th!

These are just a few of the fantastic happenings in and around MA this time of the year! Hope you get a chance to visit one or all and let me know what you think.
