Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds by California Kitchenware

I had the opportunity to test the Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds by California Kitchenware. I was very excited to try them out because I had heard so much about them. Right away I really liked the bright and vibrant colors. I also liked how soft and flexible they are. They come in a set of 12 baking cups measuring 2″x3″x1.5″ in blue, pink and yellow. You don’t have to put them in a muffin pan because you can use them by placing them on a cookie sheet, however I used the muffin pan. Another thing I liked is that they are freezer, microwave, oven safe (up to 500 degrees F) top rack dishwasher safe or you can hand wash them. And the best part is that they are non-stick, now I was a bit skeptical about this because what truly is non-stick but here are my results:

As you can see they fit perfectly in my muffin pan, and held their shape after I had poured better into them.

Once I cooked the cupcakes, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were all evenly baked. Now for the real test…How easy is it to take out the cupcake?

I loved that the cupcakes came out easily and didn’t have that extra flour that you sometimes get on your cupcakes when you have to butter and four your pans.

Cleaning was a breeze I hand washed them and they cleaned up nicely and quickly.

Bottom line: I highly recommend the Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds by California Kitchenware. You can get your own set of Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds on Amazon!
