I love a quick, easy and delicious recipe when it comes to making dinner. Especially in the summer anything that I can just make on the grill is a winner for me! Here is this awesome recipe that my family loves for a delicious Tomato & Avocado Burger!

Ingredients:

2 pounds of ground chuck

1. Combine ground chuck, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and pepper; mix well and shape into 6 patties.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F). Grill patties, covered with grill lid, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness.

3. Grill English muffins, cut sides down, for about 1 minute or until toasted.

4. Spread mayonnaise over cut sides of English muffins, and top with lettuce, tomato, patties, and avocado.

5. Cover with muffin tops, and serve immediately.
